Fagioli all’Uccelletto
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 sage leaves, chopped
4 oz. sausage
2 tomatoes, blanched, peeled, and chopped
2 cans white beans, drained 

Fry the oil, sage, and garlic. Add the sausage and cook 5 min.
Add the crushed tomatoes and cook for 20 min.
Add the drained beans and cook for 10 min.
