My Art - A Young Italian

A Young Italian – I tried to make some bas reliefs. This was a plaque showing a young Italian whom I made from imagination. Moses Prado, an art teacher who attends the studio, liked it and asked me to give it to him. I felt quite complimented and gave it to him without having taken a good photo. Sorry.

Recipe

Fagioli all’Uccelletto

Ingredients: 

2 Tbsp. olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

6 sage leaves, chopped

4 oz. sausage

2 tomatoes, blanched, peeled, and chopped

2 cans white beans, drained 

Procedure:

Fry the oil, sage, and garlic. Add the sausage and cook 5 min.

Add the crushed tomatoes and cook for 20 min.

Add the drained beans and cook for 10 min.
